This is a loving kindness meditation for yourself or someone you're thinking about.

Let the thoughts that creep into your mind float downstream with the lotus flowers and crocodiles

Deep breaths in...deep breaths out

As you breathe, repeat the following or use your own words about your feelings

May you have strength
May you have patience
May you have courage

Deep breaths in...deep breaths out


May you have integrity
May you have support
May you have confidence

Deep breaths in...deep breaths out

May you have grace
May you have wisdom
May you have breath

Deep breaths in...deep breaths out.
